Job Summary
Leading a dedicated team, the full-time salaried Virginia Division Manager will oversee operations, manage client escalations, and provide training while working remotely with occasional travel within Virginia.
Key responsibilities
- Manage all operations, including client escalations and team training needs
- Conduct interviews and handle HR concerns in collaboration with the Field Team Operations Manager
- Review and approve intakes for processing and support Service Facilitators in improving paperwork accuracy
Required qualifications
- Proficient knowledge of Consumer directed Medicaid waiver services and related paperwork
- At least 1 year of management experience with a focus on training and quality checks
- Experience with HR functions, including hiring, performance improvement plans, and time tracking
- Strong working relationships with local referral sources such as Department of Social Services and Community Service Boards
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, with a solution-minded approach to problem-solving
