Virginia Division Manager

Job Summary

Leading a dedicated team, the full-time salaried Virginia Division Manager will oversee operations, manage client escalations, and provide training while working remotely with occasional travel within Virginia.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all operations including client escalations, team training needs, and HR concerns
• Conduct interviews and collaborate with the Field Team Operations Manager on team performance
• Identify and support Service Facilitators struggling with paperwork to enhance their performance

Required qualifications

• Proficient knowledge of Consumer directed Medicaid waiver services and related paperwork
• At least 1 year of management experience, including training and quality checks
• Experience with HR functions such as hiring, performance improvement, and time tracking
• Established relationships with local referral sources like Department of Social Services
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, with a solution-minded approach to challenges
