Job Summary

Leading a dedicated team, the full-time salaried Virginia Division Manager will oversee operations, manage client escalations, and ensure team training while working remotely with occasional travel within Virginia.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage all operational aspects including client escalations, team training needs, and HR concerns
  • Conduct interviews and collaborate with the Field Team Operations Manager on team performance
  • Identify and support Service Facilitators struggling with paperwork to enhance their performance
Required qualifications
  • Proficient knowledge of Consumer directed Medicaid waiver services and related paperwork
  • At least 1 year of management experience, including training and quality checks
  • Experience with HR functions such as hiring, terminating, and performance improvement plans
  • Strong working relationships with local referral sources, including social services and health departments
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, along with problem-solving and critical thinking skills
