Job Summary

A company is looking for an Intake Analyst/Investigator.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial reviews and evaluations of complaints against licensed health care practitioners
• Independently investigate allegations of violations and compile comprehensive reports of findings
• Ensure compliance with Virginia statutes and federal laws related to health care practices

Required Qualifications

• Considerable critical thinking skills and experience in investigative processes
• Knowledge of investigative techniques, including interviewing and data analysis
• Comprehensive understanding of health care practices and relevant laws and regulations
• Strong self-direction and organizational skills to manage multiple assignments
• Willingness to perform mobile work and maintain a remote office within specified regions
