Virginia Licensed ABA Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Clinical Education/Assistant Professor of Applied Behavior Analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach ABA courses related to experiential learning each semester
• Manage all aspects of the clinical experience and/or experiential learning requirements for ABA programs as specified by applicable accreditation standards
• Provide additional student support for fieldwork experience as needed

Required Qualifications and Education

• Doctorate (Ed.D., Psy.D., or Ph.D.) in Education, Psychology, or Applied Behavior Analysis (ABD may be considered)
• Active BCBA or BCBA-D credential, maintained throughout employment
• Minimum of five years of experience supervising others in ABA-related clinical roles
• Experience teaching undergraduate and/or graduate students through online modalities
• Evidence of engagement in teaching, research, and/or service that contributes to building equitable, diverse, and inclusive communities
