Job Summary

To support the Online Master of Accounting and Online MBA programs, the part-time Adjunct Faculty (Section Lead) will facilitate asynchronous course sections by engaging with students, grading assignments, and providing timely feedback while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate assigned course sections by posting announcements, engaging in discussions, and offering virtual office hours
• Grade assignments and provide substantive feedback within specified timelines, monitoring student progress throughout the course
• Maintain communication with faculty and staff, adhering to course design and instructional guidelines

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in accounting or a closely related field
• Significant expertise in accounting, including areas such as financial accounting and taxation
• Experience providing instruction to adult learners in academic or corporate settings
• Demonstrated commitment to creating an inclusive learning environment
• Proficiency in digital communication and collaboration
