Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Accounting Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee key accounting and financial management functions, including asset management and risk property programs
• Assist with the preparation of year-end financial statements and ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate budget monitoring and reporting while supervising assigned staff

Required Qualifications

• Graduation from a college or university with major studies in accounting or a related field
• Progressively responsible supervisory or management experience in accounting within an educational institution
• Experience working with State accounting functions
• Equivalent combination of training and experience may be considered
• Successful completion and passing of a background check is required
