Job Summary
Providing financial analyses and client deliverables, the full-time salaried Virginia Licensed Actuarial Manager will manage multiple employer client teams, contribute to benefit plan analysis and design, and ensure quality standards while working in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver accurate claim reporting and financial modeling to support client decisions
- Provide direction on benefit plan analysis, cost avoidance, and funding strategies
- Collaborate with Global Delivery Centers and Client Service teams for superior project management
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in professional services, preferably in benefit consulting or health underwriting
- Intermediate/advanced knowledge of underwriting and funding concepts
- State Life and Health license required within 90 days of joining
- Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple projects effectively
- Progress towards completion of health actuarial designation or CEBS designation (optional)
