Job Summary

Seeking Virginia Licensed Adjunct Faculty (Section Leads) for part-time, remote positions to facilitate 7.5-week asynchronous Online MBA course sections by engaging with students, grading assignments, and providing timely feedback under the supervision of the Faculty Lead.

Key responsibilities:

• Facilitate assigned course sections by posting announcements, engaging in discussions, and offering weekly office hours
• Grade assignments and provide timely, substantive feedback to students while monitoring their progress
• Maintain communication with faculty and staff, and participate in regular meetings with the Faculty Lead

Required qualifications:

• Master's Degree directly related to the discipline
• Significant expertise in accounting and related fields, with relevant professional or instructional experience
• Experience providing instruction to adult learners in academic or corporate settings
• Demonstrated excellence in digital communication and collaboration
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment for a diverse student population
