Job Summary

To support the Online MBA program, the part-time Virginia Licensed Adjunct Faculty (Section Lead) will lead asynchronous sections of the Integrated Technology course, engaging with students through course announcements, discussion boards, and office hours while providing timely feedback and grading assignments remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate assigned course sections by posting announcements, engaging in discussions, and offering virtual office hours
• Monitor student progress, respond to inquiries within 24 hours, and provide timely feedback on assignments
• Collaborate with the Faculty Lead through weekly meetings and adhere to course design and grading guidelines

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in business administration, information technology, or a closely related field
• Significant expertise in the managerial or strategic use of management information systems
• Experience providing instruction to adult learners in academic or corporate settings
• Demonstrated excellence in digital communication and collaboration
• Commitment to creating an inclusive learning environment for a diverse student population
