Job Summary

Seeking a part-time Virginia Licensed Arbitrator to work remotely, who will be responsible for arbitrating payment disputes, analyzing documentation, and managing case files while ensuring neutrality and timely decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Arbitrate payment disputes and determine jurisdictional issues based on provided documentation
• Review and summarize case facts, assess issues, and communicate determinations clearly in written format
• Collaborate with technical and legal professionals to reach appropriate decisions while conducting research on relevant laws and regulations

Required qualifications

• Juris Doctorate preferred
• Certification in Arbitration is preferred, required within the year
• Experience working with Microsoft systems, including SharePoint and Salesforce
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
