Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Attorney (NIV) to join their team in a fully remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a high-volume caseload of employment-based non-immigrant visas
• Supervise a team of paralegals and manage client relationships
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents based on established precedents

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of business immigration attorney work experience
• U.S. Juris Doctor degree (J.D.) and member of a state bar in good standing
• Ability to manage complex case strategies and understand nuanced immigration law concepts
• Experience reviewing paralegal work product and managing immigration program compliance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and case management systems
