• Manage all phases of litigation, including discovery, hearings, and trials, while drafting legal documents

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) or LLB degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the bar in Virginia and in good standing
• General knowledge of insurance law and workers' compensation
• Proficiency in e-discovery and case management systems
• Demonstrated ability to manage cases from inception to resolution under supervision
