Virginia Licensed Associate Relations Manager

Job Summary

To support positive associate relations strategies, the full-time Virginia Licensed Associate Relations Manager will manage complex investigations, provide consultation to management, and ensure compliance with labor laws while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead investigations into complex and high-risk associate issues, establishing plans and interviewing critical witnesses
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve associate concerns while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
• Assist in labor relations functions, including grievance responses and participation in collective bargaining processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
• 5-7 years of experience in Human Resources with a focus on employee relations investigations
• Preferred certification: SPHR
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations
• Strong skills in interviewing and documentation preparation for potential claims
