Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Master's degree in Counseling with a minimum of 6 months of therapy or assessment experience
Currently licensed as a Resident in Counseling and pursuing LPC licensure in Virginia
Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and digital tools
HIPAA-compliant home office setup for virtual sessions
Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish is preferred
