Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Master's degree in Social Work with a minimum of 6 months of therapy or assessment experience
• Currently licensed as a Supervisee in Social Work and pursuing LCSW licensure in Virginia
• Experience working with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
• A quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office setup for virtual sessions
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish is preferred
