Virginia Licensed Associate Therapist
Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time Virginia Licensed Associate Therapist will provide telehealth therapy to the Medicaid population while enjoying administrative support for billing and credentialing in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver telehealth therapy sessions to Medicaid clients, focusing on personalized care
- Collaborate with clients to develop effective treatment plans and conduct thorough assessments
- Accrue hours toward full licensure with the support of an independently licensed supervisor
Required qualifications
- Valid RIC license in good standing in the state of Virginia
- Master's degree in Counseling with at least 6 months of hands-on therapy or assessment experience
- Own malpractice coverage ($1M per occurrence / $3M aggregate)
- Comfort with EHR systems and digital tools for virtual sessions
- Quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office with reliable internet access
