Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the remote contract Virginia Licensed Associate Therapist will provide telehealth therapy services to the Medicaid population while benefiting from administrative support for billing and insurance.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver telehealth therapy sessions to Medicaid clients, focusing on their unique needs
- Collaborate with an independently licensed supervisor to accrue hours toward full licensure
- Manage scheduling and caseload, utilizing the provided administrative support for billing and credentialing
Required qualifications
- Valid SISW license in good standing in Virginia
- Master's degree in Social Work with at least 6 months of hands-on therapy or assessment experience
- Own malpractice coverage of $1M per occurrence / $3M aggregate
- Comfort with EHR systems and digital tools for virtual sessions
- Quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office with reliable internet access
