Job Summary

A company is looking for an Attorney to provide legal support across various functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal support to contracting and procurement teams on complex matters
• Review, draft, and negotiate various agreements including client and vendor contracts
• Advise leadership on risk management and assist with corporate governance activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• License to practice law in the United States; eligible for licensure in Virginia and home state
• 2+ years of experience practicing law, preferably in an in-house environment
• Experience supporting healthcare, technology, or regulated industries preferred
