Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Associate Auto Adjuster will evaluate, negotiate, and settle low complexity auto insurance claims while participating in a comprehensive training program to support members effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and settle low complexity auto claims, including comprehensive and collision coverage
• Document thought processes and collaborate with internal and external partners for claims resolution
• Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels and support workload surges as needed

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience or GED
• Ability to acquire an insurance adjuster license within 90 days of hire
• Experience in providing exceptional customer service
• Currently located in the Eastern Standard Time Zone
• Successful completion of job-related assessments is required
