Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Virginia Licensed Auto Adjuster will evaluate, negotiate, and settle low complexity auto insurance claims while participating in a comprehensive training program to support members effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and settle high volume, low complexity auto claims, including comprehensive and collision coverage
• Document the claims process, including damage evaluation and settlement decisions, while collaborating with internal and external partners
• Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels, ensuring timely and effective resolutions

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience
• Ability to acquire an insurance adjuster license and applicable state registrations within 90 days of hire
• Experience in providing exceptional customer service through clear and professional communication
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task while navigating multiple business applications
• Successful completion of job-related assessments is required
