Job Summary
To support behavioral health utilization management, the full-time Virginia Licensed Behavior Analyst will apply clinical expertise to assess treatment plans, coordinate healthcare services, and ensure compliance with clinical guidelines while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Utilize clinical knowledge to interpret criteria and determine appropriate services for members
- Coordinate and monitor healthcare options to facilitate optimal treatment and address clinical necessity concerns
- Identify members at risk for poor outcomes and facilitate referrals to integrate services and promote quality care
Required qualifications
- Master's Level Degree in a relevant field
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Licensed Behavioral Analyst in Virginia (LBA)
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience in behavioral health services
- Knowledge of managed care contracting and clinical review requirements
