Virginia Licensed Behavioral Health Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Maternity Behavioral Health Care Coordinator/RN/LPC/LCSW/LMFT- Remote in Virginia.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide case management for members in maternal health and behavioral health
• Coordinate care for high-risk pregnancies and postpartum support
• Travel approximately 3 to 4 times per year for outreach programs

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy, or a Bachelor of Science in Nursing
• Valid state license as LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or RN in Virginia or North Carolina
• 2 years of behavioral health experience
• 1 year of case management experience
• Preferred experience in maternal health and serious mental illness/substance abuse disorder
