Virginia Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time, fully remote Virginia Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist (LCSW or LPC) to conduct individual assessments, develop treatment plans, and connect patients with community resources while working Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm EST.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and monitor treatment plans for clients
• Provide therapy services and connect patients with essential community resources
• Document patient services accurately in electronic health records in real time

Required qualifications:

• Active LCSW or LPC license in Virginia
• Minimum of 2 years of therapy and diagnostic experience post-licensure
• Experience facilitating group therapy is strongly preferred
• Full-time availability (40 hours per week) during EST hours
• Willingness to treat patients across various age groups, ideally ages 13 and up
