Virginia Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Virginia Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist (LCSW or LPC) to provide remote therapy services, conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and connect patients aged 18+ with community resources while working Monday through Friday, 8 am - 5 pm EST.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans for clients
- Provide therapy services and facilitate connections to essential community resources
- Document patient services accurately in electronic health records in real time
Required qualifications:
- Active LCSW or LPC license in Virginia
- Minimum of 2 years of therapy and diagnostic experience post-licensure
- Experience facilitating group therapy is strongly preferred
- Full-time availability (40 hours per week) during EST hours
- Must reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory
