Virginia Licensed Behavioral Therapist

Job Summary

To support a growing virtual behavioral health clinic, the full-time Virginia Licensed Behavioral Therapist will conduct individual assessments, develop treatment plans, and connect patients with community resources while working remotely during standard business hours.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans for clients
• Provide therapy services and facilitate connections to essential community resources
• Accurately document patient services in electronic health records in real time

Required qualifications:

• Active LCSW or LPC license in Virginia
• Minimum of two years of therapy and diagnostic experience post-licensure
• Experience facilitating group therapy is strongly preferred
• Availability for full-time work (40 hours per week) during EST hours
• Must reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory
