Qualifications and Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in employee benefits or account management within the insurance industry
  • Virginia Life & Health Insurance License
  • Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of employee benefits programs and proven ability to build client relationships
