Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand benefit goals and organizational objectives
• Guide clients through annual renewal processes and manage post-renewal activities
• Prepare and present renewal analyses and support employee enrollment updates

Qualifications and Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of experience in employee benefits or account management within the insurance industry
• Virginia Life & Health Insurance License
• Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
• Strong understanding of employee benefits programs and proven ability to build client relationships
