Qualifications and Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of experience in employee benefits or account management within the insurance industry
- Virginia Life & Health Insurance License
- Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
- Strong understanding of employee benefits programs and proven ability to build client relationships
