Job Summary

A company is looking for a Biometric Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor offenders on low-level supervision using telecommunication services
• Assist Probation Officers in supervising, surveilling, and investigating assigned adult offenders on probation or parole
• Document discussions and maintain logs, and provide testimony in court or before the Parole Board

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Experience with electronic monitoring services, especially telephone reporting systems
• Knowledge of surveillance techniques
• Ability to gather information and conduct interviews
• Experience with maintaining logs and documentation
• Familiarity with CORIS, Shadowtrack, ICOTS, and court information systems is preferred
