Job Summary
Owning the full requirements lifecycle for the Salesforce CRM platform, the hybrid Principal/Lead Business Analyst will manage intake and prioritization of business requests, lead discovery sessions with stakeholders, and author clear, testable requirements while collaborating with technical teams to validate solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the intake, triage, and prioritization of incoming business requests, assessing scope and complexity
- Lead discovery sessions to document current state processes and define future state requirements
- Develop and own User Acceptance Testing scripts and test data, supporting quality assurance efforts
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst supporting CRM/Salesforce implementations
- Demonstrated experience across multiple full cycle Salesforce implementations or large scale enhancement initiatives
- Salesforce Administrator Certification
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Hands-on proficiency with Salesforce and standard project tracking/collaboration tools
