Virginia Licensed Business Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Engineer - AI with VA-VSR experience required.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze VBA mission requirements, business processes, and workflows for claims intake to final disposition
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and refine functional and measurable outcome metrics
• Support system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) by developing test cases and validating outputs against business requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, a related field, engineering, or a related scientific or technical discipline with at least 10+ years of experience
• 5+ years of experience as a VBA Veterans Service Representative (VSR) or Rating Veterans Service Representative (RVSR)
• Experience gathering and documenting business, functional, or technical requirements
• Ability to translate stakeholder input into actionable plans for development and configuration teams
• Must be able to obtain a Position of Trust (tier 2) and successfully pass a thorough Government background screening process
