Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Care Coordinator to manage member experiences related to transportation services.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate member experiences by monitoring trips and ensuring successful outcomes
• Act as a liaison with health plan clients and provide support to members as needed
• Document escalations and action plans while maintaining compliance with policies and KPIs

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
• 9 months of experience in a Customer Care Representative role or similar healthcare case management experience
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle escalated situations
• Knowledge of medical terminology and patient care experience is preferred
