Virginia Licensed Care Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Addiction and Recovery Treatment Services (ARTS) Care Coordinator (LCSW/LPC/LMFT/RN) to work remotely in Virginia.

Key Responsibilities

• Review clinical information to ensure it meets Medical Necessity Criteria for service authorization
• Maintain knowledge of managed care contracting, regulatory compliance, and clinical review requirements
• Ensure accurate information is entered into the claims system for payment processing

Required Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Masters of Counseling, Masters of Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy required
• Current license as LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or RN in Virginia required
• Minimum of 2 years of behavioral health experience required
• At least 1 year of case management experience required
• 1 year of experience with substance use preferred; CSAC certification is a plus
