Job Summary

A company is looking for a dedicated VMAP Kellar Care Navigator to assist families and patients in accessing behavioral health care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain documentation and database for the Virginia Mental Health Access Program (VMAP)
  • Collaborate with VMAP Regional Hub Teams to ensure program success
  • Link primary care providers and families to appropriate behavioral health services based on needs and insurance status
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Two years of experience in Community Social Services or Education System
  • Experience working with adolescents or in community health work is preferred
  • Experience in family peer support is preferred
  • Spanish speaking is preferred
