Job Summary

A company is looking for a Case Manager RN - Work From Home.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and coordinate case management activities for members
• Evaluate the medical needs of members to facilitate overall wellness
• Act as a frontline advocate for members who cannot advocate for themselves

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN licensure in the state of residence compact license
• Ability to work from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST
• 3+ years of clinical practice experience
• Minimum ADN; preferred BSN
