Job Summary

A company is looking for a Casualty Claims Representative to join their claims team.

Key Responsibilities

Investigate all losses assigned for members
Comply with company policies in handling claims and report all activity promptly
Assist and guide other claim personnel as requested

Required Qualifications

College degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum 5+ years of claims handling experience
Knowledge of the Motor Vehicle Code of Virginia
Knowledge of tort laws affecting civil cases
Equivalent/applicable prior insurance claims experience
