Job Summary

Seeking a Virginia Licensed Child Therapist, the part-time to full-time position will provide therapy to children aged 5-12 through a HIPAA compliant teletherapy platform and in-office sessions, focusing on innovative and engaging treatment methods while building a manageable caseload with support from the company.

Key responsibilities

• Provide therapy virtually in standard 45-60 minute sessions
• Complete assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes
• Contribute ideas and strategies for client engagement and therapy improvement

Required qualifications

• Must be licensed as an LCSW or LPC in Virginia, with eligibility for insurance credentialing
• Registered Play Therapist certification is desired
• Experience working with children in a virtual setting
• Creative approach to engaging children in therapy
• Flexibility and commitment to grow a caseload over time
