Seeking a Virginia Licensed Child Therapist, the part-time to full-time position offers opportunities for both office-based and teletherapy, focusing on providing engaging therapy to children aged 5-12 while managing client sessions and developing treatment plans.

Key responsibilities

• Provide therapy virtually and in-office during standard 45-60 minute sessions
• Complete assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes for clients
• Contribute to the growth and development of the practice through innovative strategies and techniques

Required qualifications

• Licensed as an LCSW or LPC in Virginia, with eligibility for credentialing with major insurance panels
• Registered Play Therapist certification is desired
• Experience working with children in both virtual and diverse settings
• A creative approach to engaging children in therapy
• High-speed internet access and a HIPAA-compliant space for conducting sessions
