Job Summary

To support the launch of a new clinic, the full-time Lead Child and Adolescent Therapist will provide individual therapy to children and adolescents while also serving as a clinical leader in Sterling, Virginia, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring high-quality care.

Key responsibilities

• Launch and establish the Sterling clinic as a founding clinical leader, building a strong community presence
• Deliver evidence-based therapy to children and adolescents, maintaining strong therapeutic relationships
• Support the clinical culture by modeling best practices and collaborating with other clinicians as the team grows

Required qualifications

• Independently licensed as a LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Virginia
• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing direct care therapy to children and adolescents
• Experience in a telehealth or virtual setting
• Flexibility to work during after-school hours and weekends
• Enthusiasm for participating in a new market launch and shaping a clinical team
