Virginia Licensed Child Therapist

Job Summary

Seeking a Virginia Licensed Child Therapist, this contracted remote position will provide virtual therapy services to children and adolescents aged 5-17+, focusing on evidence-based interventions, individualized care plans, and crisis intervention.

Key responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based therapy, clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning for children and adolescents
• Develop individualized care plans based on clients' developmental, behavioral, and emotional needs
• Complete timely, accurate, HIPAA-compliant clinical documentation through the designated electronic health record

Required qualifications

• Active, unrestricted independent clinical licensure as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or licensed clinical psychologist
• Authorization to independently provide clinical services within the applicable state
• Experience working with children, adolescents, and families
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and documentation skills
• Ability to assess and respond to safety concerns, including crisis intervention and safety planning
