Virginia Licensed Civil Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Civil Engineer II, H&H to join their team remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform hydrologic and hydraulic modeling to support infrastructure design and flood studies
• Work with senior engineers and clients on moderately complex engineering project issues
• Complete design work and calculations using computer-aided software and prepare technical reports

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field required
• EIT certification and/or progress toward earning Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
• Three or more years of experience in hydrology & hydraulics; renewables/site development industry
• Experience with hydrology & hydraulics analysis software such as HEC-HMS and HEC-RAS
• Proficiency with reading construction plans and knowledge of ArcGIS and Civil3D preferred
