Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Virginia Licensed Claim Representative will participate in structured training to manage 1st party property claims, including investigating, documenting, and communicating with customers and stakeholders in the Northern Virginia and Washington, DC area.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in training classes covering insurance policies and claim processes
- Review and document 1st party property claims under supervision
- Communicate effectively with customers, claimants, and internal teams while maintaining accurate records
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED with one year of customer service experience
- Valid driver's license
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Willingness to obtain an active adjuster license as required by state law
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn claims management software
