Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Claims Representative I.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigates and adjudicates claims, ensuring compliance with statutory laws and verifying coverage
• Establishes contact with all parties involved in the claim and evaluates claims for negotiation and payment
• Responds to inquiries from various stakeholders and maintains knowledge of relevant laws and regulations

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with two years of related claims handling or customer service experience
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred
• Successful completion of Introduction to Insurance and Introduction to Claims preferred
• Must obtain appropriate state licenses within 45 days of employment
