Virginia Licensed Claims Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Casualty Claims Representative to join their claims team.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and handle assigned claims for members
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in claims processing
• Communicate promptly with claimants and report all activity on claim files

Required Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 5+ years of claims handling experience
• Knowledge of the Motor Vehicle Code of Virginia and tort laws
• Equivalent/applicable prior insurance claims experience
• Completion of relevant insurance designations is preferred
