Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workers Compensation Claims Representative for the Medical Only VA Jurisdiction.

Key Responsibilities

• Process low-level workers compensation claims, determining compensability and benefits due
• Develop and coordinate action plans for claims resolution and return-to-work efforts
• Communicate claim actions with claimants and clients while ensuring proper documentation

Required Qualifications

• 2 years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Professional certification as applicable to the line of business preferred
• Knowledge of Virginia jurisdiction is essential
• Ability to maintain professional client relationships
