Virginia Licensed Client Experience Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Experience Specialist (Licensed) to manage non-licensed and limited licensed aspects of real estate transactions from contract to close.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform non-licensed administrative tasks and manage contractual dates to ensure timely transaction closure
• Collaborate with agents and third parties to ensure compliance and proper documentation throughout the transaction process
• Execute end-to-end transaction processing, including expense management and commission calculations

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate, mortgage, title administration, or transaction coordination
• Active real estate license in good standing, preferably in Virginia
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, paperless environment
• Proficient in navigating multiple software systems related to transaction management
• Strong analytical skills for managing financial details and ensuring compliance
