Job Summary

To enhance relationships with high net worth clients, the full-time Virginia Licensed Client Support Specialist will engage with customers through inbound calls, provide product and service guidance, and process various financial transactions in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with clients to address inquiries and provide guidance on products and services
• Process transactions including options, equities, mutual funds, and fixed income trades
• Drive customer loyalty and identify business development opportunities

Required qualifications

• Series 7 license required
• Series 63 license or ability to obtain within 90 days
• 2-3 years of previous financial services experience
• Broad knowledge of general financial planning concepts
• Proven customer service and client support experience
