Job Summary
Overseeing clinical activities for Virginia Medicaid POS-PDL accounts, the full-time salaried Virginia Licensed Clinical Account Director will manage client relationships, implement clinical solutions, and drive account profitability in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Partners with staff to identify, sell, and measure clinical program enhancements
- Develops and tracks metrics to monitor quality and cost impact of client programs
- Provides guidance and mentoring to Account Managers to achieve client goals
Required qualifications
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science Pharmacy Degree
- Current pharmacist license in good standing with the State Board of Pharmacy
- 8 years of clinical account management experience
- 5 years of leadership/supervisory experience
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
