Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Administrative Coordinator to manage administrative tasks in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage administrative intake of members and coordinate requests for services with healthcare facilities
  • Process referrals and prior authorizations, assisting clinical staff with documentation and case triage
  • Address resolution inquiries from members and providers
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED or 3+ years of equivalent experience in healthcare or healthcare insurance
  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Must reside in Virginia and be able to commute to the office in Richmond approximately once per month
  • Access to a designated quiet workspace at home to secure Protected Health Information (PHI)
