Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Pharmacist for the Health Plan- Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Demonstrate knowledge of pharmacotherapeutic principles and medical terminology
Work with members to address medication-related gaps in care
Counsel members on their medication therapy

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Clinical Sciences, Population Health, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
Pharmacist License (RPh) - State license required
Experience with online pharmacy adjudication systems
Advanced certification in HIV, oncology, infectious disease, or ambulatory care preferred
Experience with HEDIS or Managed Care Pharmacy or Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM) preferred
