Virginia Licensed Clinical Pharmacist

Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare team, the full-time Virginia Licensed Clinical Pharmacist will demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of pharmacotherapeutic principles, manage patient medication therapy, and work remotely with a rotating weekend schedule.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize patient medication therapy based on pharmacotherapeutic principles
• Utilize online pharmacy adjudication systems for medication management
• Provide pharmaceutical care management and collaborate with healthcare teams

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Level Degree in Pharmacy required
• Virginia Pharmacist License (must obtain within 90 days of start date)
• At least 3 years of experience in pharmacy or completion of a managed care residency
• Experience with online pharmacy adjudication systems required
• Willingness to obtain a secondary license in Virginia if currently licensed in Florida
